Outline a plan using a behavior skills training approach as if you were a supervisor preparing to teach your trainee to competently perform the target skill. For this task, conduct another assessment using the 5th Edition Task List Rating Scale in either domain F: Behavior Assessment or G: Behavior Change Procedures. Choose a task list item in which you scored highest (one that you feel competent with) and outline a complete behavior skills training procedure using the examples from the Luiselli text (Chapters 2 and 3), as well as the template provided in Appendix B and Appendix C of Garza et al.'s (2018) "Some Tools for Carrying Out a Proposed Process for Supervising Experience Hours for Aspiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts." Finally, briefly review how the seven dimensions of ABA are evident through each step of your plan.
