Construct either a position or proposal argument (see "Argument" power point) based on one of the topics listed in "digital issues" or one related to online issues. You should start by converting the topic into either an issue or a problem and then explain it from a variety of perspectives, then state your position or propose your solution, give reasons and support and, finally, consider counterarguments and address them. The topics in the "digital issues" list are not claims. You will have to determine what kind of claim you want to make related to the topic.
