Paper: Oil Pollution Act, 1990

and write a paper that will do the following:

1. research the law and provide a historical background as to why the law was enacted;

2. analyze the industry/industries post-enactment including all relevant challenges and opportunities for businesses;

3. evaluate the law today and look to the future and make a hypothesis as to how the law might be changed in the future

(repealed, expanded, or modified) based on current events and business climate.

Make sure to explain and back-up your hypothesis with appropriate research and citations.

The paper should include outside research and contain at least 3 citations of current businesses.

The paper length should be 5-7 pages; 12 pt., times new roman font, double-spaced.

Bibliography should be included and is not considered part of the length of the paper.
