You learned about how the nonprofit sector is different from the private and public sectors. You also read about some key characteristics of nonprofit organizations and some of the theories surrounding the nonprofit sector (failure, supply side, etc.). For this discussion question, please pick any nonprofit organization you have had experience with or find of interest to you (do not pick any of the cases in either text). Using your readings, explain which theory or theories might best explain the founding and mission of the nonprofit organization you selected. Be sure to briefly introduce/summarize the theory first and then follow with applying that theory to your selected organization.
