Ever wish you could "un-send" an email? Were you ever confused by someone's texts? Ever have your picture "flagged" by someone when you really did not want anyone to know? In this assignment do the following:

  1. Describe a misunderstanding or misinterpretation of a message that was delivered through a channel of communication that involves technology (such as e-mail, text, or phone call). Maybe you were trying to be funny, but the message was interpreted as serious; maybe some complex message wasn't described very clearly; or maybe a message was accidentally sent to unintended receivers. Describe the message that was sent and what channel was used.
  2. How might the misunderstanding have been avoided using a different channel of communication; why? Which channel do you think could have been more effective, or created less misunderstanding, for this message?
