Case Study: Carefully read the novel Animal Farm.. Be sure to get the assigned edition, so your pagination is the same as the rest of the class. The characters are animals, so suspend your disbelief and accept that animals can communicate with each other - and possibly with people. Recognize that Orwell tackles complex issues, so do not let the characters being animals distract you. Remember that this is the author of 1984; you know that he deals with serious issues.
