FNP course- Adult Geriatric class 42 year old male, c/o of diarrhea x 3 days duration, lightheadedness, crampy abdominal pain, "cotton" mouth, blood and mucus in stool, Guaiac-positive stool per exam, orthostatic hypotension, fever (101.5F) , tachycardia, headache. Diagnosis is Infectious Colitis ( positive for Salmonella enteridis), BUN is high, presence of leukocytes in stool
