There is a common saying that "there is nothing better for economic growth than a good war." Examine the potential impact of war on the economy through the aggregate demand/supply model and aggregate expenditure model.

How does the Aggregate Expenditure model (in terms of the components in the model = AE = C + I + G + NX*) describe the impact of using resources in wars?

Aggregate expenditure equals the sum of the household consumption (C), investments (I), government spending (G), and net exports (NX).
