Hello Tutors,

This work will involve you to select a business of your choice to investigate its business communication processes, e.g. KFC, Holden, Sports Girl, Supre etc.

You are able to choose freely on a selected business that contains enough research and for your comfortability to write this report. (message me below when you chosen a business) 

Write a report on its communication addressing each of the following areas:

• Name of Business: State the name of the business and its core business.
• Mission Statement: Identify the mission statement of the business (research this on the internet).
• Communication used with their customers:  Identify and explain a minimum of 2 ways the business communicate with their customers.
• Communication modes used to communicate with suppliers:Identify and explain a minimum of 2 ways the business could communicate with their suppliers.
• Communication with shareholders:Identify and explain a minimum of 2 ways the business could communicate with their shareholders.
• Recommendations for internal communications: Make two recommendations for the most effective type of internal communication methods the business could use to reach all employees (specifically relate this to the business you have chosen).
• International communications: Identify and explain at least 2 factors which the business would need to consider to ensure effective communication when doing business in Asian countries.

Report writing style means you must use appropriate headings. Remember to use full sentences, business language and terminology.

The report should be at least 350 words.
