Improving Supply Chain Management Efficiency Through Artificial Intelligence Solutions Abstract: Supply chain management is a field endowed with numerous challenges in a fast-moving consumer world. Many companies have adopted artificial intelligence solutions as a way of increasing efficiency to counter these challenges. Some of these technologies include Artificial Neural Networks, Machine Learning, Fuzzy Logic, and robotic AI. ANN calculates complex data that might not be possible for human minds. Machine learning is a technology that learns patterns and uses the information to generate solutions to problems. Fuzzy logic solves complex cases that seem uncertain and difficult to determine the outcome. Robotics AI consists of mechanical machines that are operated by AI to perform tasks more efficiently than human beings. When these technologies are incorporated into supply change management, they increase efficiency, accuracy, customer satisfaction, operation cost, and performance. This research explores how the incorporation of these AI technologies leads to the positive results of increased effectiveness.
