In a workplace or simulated workplace environment, conduct a small focus group with co-workers/learners to gather feedback on your performance as a leader/manager and identify ways you can improve your emotional intelligence. You can also use this time to discuss any issues the group have and how they feel you have dealt with situations in the workplace. You will have 15 minutes to conduct the focus group and 30 minutes to make notes and analyse feedback after. Use the feedback gathered to identify and analyse your strengths, weaknesses and emotional triggers. Write these down and submit to the assessor as part of this activity assessment.
