Questions: I observed a girl that she came her appointment the doctor reviewed her dental and medical history if there is any changes , and talked with her if there about if she was feeling good with the bite plate and she checked inside her mouth if she need to do more adjustment but she said she will not do any adjustment this time but only she is going to change the time that she should to wear it because the girl was use to use all the day but this time she need only to wear it before sleep time at the time that she were explain to the girl and her mom the girl said she will not wear because it causes her pain but the doctor try to convince her and tell her that she will feel sort only when she put it in then she will not feel pain if there is no pressure on it , the doctor and her mom keeps to convince her to wear it , the girl agree . The doctor wants her to wear it to prevent her in front teeth from losing they have mobility because in September 2021 she was has reabsorption in her central lateral cause her mobility and trauma. Above I observed this experiment and I have to write reflection Follow theses steps What, So what, Now what? And the other questions below What? What did you learn from the experience or interaction? • Now what? How will you further develop what you learned from this experience to increase your competence as a dental hygienist? 1. When discussing a patient, the student will not use the patient's name, but will instead refer to them by the word "patient". When making comments on the instructors and the Orthodontic student, the student will refer to them in the general sense using the term "Faculty or Ortho Faculty. Basically, no names are to be mentioned throughout the blogging assignment.

2. Give a brief synopsis of the Orthodontic appointment. What was done at the appointment?

3. Identify the type of appointment being observed. Consultation, Records appointment, Initial appointment placing brackets and wires, wire change.

4. Describe the oral hygiene instructions given to the patient? Did the Orthodontic student review etiologic factors for the disease process? Was the patient given mechanical aids? Was the patient receptive to the information provided?

5. Explain faculty interactions with the patient and Orthodontic student, as well as dental student interactions.

6. Did anything surprise you during the appointment? What did you learn? How did it make you feel? What questions do you have now? Was the experience helpful to your learning? What are some positive aspects of the experience? What would you change about the experience? How will this experience contribute to your success in the dental hygiene program?
