As part of your internal assessment, is CASE STUDY on Strategic Implementation for which you have to submit a case analysis related to the below narrative. (The case analysis has to be done in groups. Please follow the same groups that you had formed for the project earlier.)

'Just Ace' restaurant has been running a chain of dining restaurants for over 10 years in the UAE, but in the last couple of years it is witnessing a host of problems leading to a decline in the customer footfalls, billing and profits. As its core business strategy, it had set out to differentiate itself from other players in the business on various counts, but over time it started encountering inconsistencies across its multiple restaurant locations in how it executed its strategy on several fronts, such as, menu choice, customer service etc., as revealed by the unfavourable customer feedback of a survey recently undertaken on the overall dining experience of customers at their several restaurants. The management of the restaurant, after a thorough analysis of the results of the customer survey, concluded that while they and the employees understood the business strategy well, there were serious implementation issues at the operational level related to its core business strategy. 'Just Ace' Restaurant has hired you as a consultant for their business and your immediate task is as follows:
