The first step to create our sports social enterprise or to consult for an existing one is to identify a problem. We have to deepen into the problem until we get to its root. The more local and well defined the problem, the more quality of ideas we will get.

Once we have identified the problem we want to tackle, we need to chose the best tool to solve the problem. Research becomes a key element of this first stage (conducting surveys, interviews, requesting feedback...).

We have selected our best solution to the problem, it is now time to polish it in the shape of a project.
