Identify an appropriate assessment plan for a 62 year old security guard. The Nursing associate will be using the ABCDE and NEWS2 assessment to look after Nigel. Nigel has no past medical history and is reported to be usually fit, well and attends his local gym regularly as he trains for a ten thousand fun run. Nigel presented himself to Emergency Department with a three hour history of central chest pain which was now radiating to his jaw and down the left arm. He reports to have self administered an aspirin tablet prior attending the department and is anxious and alert. Vital signs at triage showed that his Respiratory Rate (RR) - 26 breaths per minute, Oxygen saturation of 93% on room air, his Blood Pressured (BP) of 90/95, Heart Rate (HR) of 115 per minute and feels regular, his temperature was 37.1*C.
