Question: Being a key player that is expected to be a problem solver in the world of business whether healthcare related or not, this role is imperative. Special skills and adequate oriented mindset is important. People in these roles have to be confident and remain stern and trust the process as it takes charge. As leaders, the goal is to minimize the occurrence of problems- which means we must be courageous enough to tackle them head-on before circumstances force our hand (Lopis, 2022).
My role in implementing change will be present main key points to the underlying facts of the business, the issues that are forcing employees to resign or quit and the patient confidentiality system that is broken in the workplace. I would organize a structured meeting and the main agenda would be the issues I have been discussing earlier on. And great leader knows that change does not happen overnight, we have to be patient and trust the process. It could be taken as transformational lens type of process as well. Transformational leadership is defined as a leadership approach that causes change in individuals and social systems (Transformational, n.d). I also would not see any potential barriers for me to conduct this meeting. Other than having the CEO take time of out his busy schedule to sit down and discuss all the issues his undivided attention is what I need from him.
