Please help me correct grammar for this essay:

Mr. Ash Sigh is a very hard-working person, yet there still is some luck involved into the business but the majority factors to help success in business is understanding what you need to do, to focus on every day to achieve it not just only waiting for luck to come. In his presentation, Mr. Ash sigh is also sharing about the goal which is step by step on planning. As he mentioned, budget is an important fact of your company, if you could not manage the expense, along with making profit, it will be a big obstacle for the operation of your business. He suggested that we could not spending money on something without planning because it is enlightening affect rightfully to the accomplish of business. Example like when you spend too much expense on buying thing unnecessary over the budget, then you don't have enough left to get stock supply or pay rent, employees which have to use or pay on time.

I don't think formal education was a key ingredient to his success because his skills and experience to obtain his success is from informal education. As we know, informal education assist student acquire knowledge faster in a given specific time when learning and practicing at the same time, it helps you understanding thing better. In my opinion, a higher education is always a big plus for your awareness and performance in work or either life. The more you learn, the more you acquire knowledges and your ability to implement them to life better.

Academics, Self-taught, and life experience, all that are playing a big role in his knowledge, as from academics he learns and practice from theory and lecture, instruction from professor. Self-taught guide him to motivate himself, manage time and always be a hard worker. Life experience taught him how to stand when falling, how to communicate with people, co-worker, employee to gain a better result at work place.
