Question: You are required to write a report which will reflect what you have achieved and learned through problem-solving and teamwork. • It is not necessary to include every detail of the meeting, as these would have been written in the Minutes. • This report will not be shared with your team members • You may use the report template provided in Appendix 1 of this assessment or use your own appropriate format. In your report, you should follow the instructions in the template and aim to cover the following topics: • Issues that arose in the process and how members managed these as a team • Solutions implemented to overcome barriers such as technology, communication, time constraints and scheduling. • If you were to do this again, how would you adapt the Work Plan to be more effective? What technology/communication tools could you use to assist? • How the team organised the meeting time and priorities to ensure the work plan was successful. • Skills required to manage the meeting.
