Her friends suggest that she promotes herself as a 'people person' since she is working in the servicing industry. They suggest that she talks about how well she communicates in teams and meetings, having good conflict management skills and teamwork. Julia knows that she is good with people. As she has coached a volley ball team, she is thinking that she should stress listening and questioning skills, verbal and non-verbal communication as well.

Refer to the three essential management skills as suggested by Robert L. Katz, recommend to Julia whether you think her above suggestions are adequate and why. Make suggestions for improving her interview performance as suggested by Katz about what else she has to offer and explain these to her.
