It is important to consistently monitor data and information so the project can be run as efficiently as possible. Tracking information such as schedule, budget, productivity, material supply as well as many other items, are vitally important to project success. These are commonly known as "Key Performance Indicators" (KPI's). These are quantifiable, measurable metrics to evaluate and track project data.
