We need to discuss the 2 point Innovation and Initiative including achievement orientation., quality and accuracy. Doing differently and coping with different problems in a project Discussion of the results and observations involves an analysis of what the observations mean (as opposed to simply stating facts). This presents a dialogue (in a structured argument for the reader) that explores the sense and meaning of the results in an attempt to highlight the ‘so what?' question. This section reports on implications and significance of the results and goes back to the literature to assess whether the observations on observed practice are consistent with, or contrast the theories in the literature. It is often useful to include a table of major themes of your observations and relates these to discussed theory/literature and perhaps reference to implications for PM practice. Limitations of the case should be well discussed in this section. References a list of the papers actually referred to in the case study (NOT a bibliography) and formatted into Harvard style.

The paper will be written using an academic style of writing and the Harvard referencing (author date) style. You should by now be familiar with this and we recommend that you start using a bibliographic database such as Endnote (a free download from the RMIT Library website). Such software will be a life-saver as you prepare all assignments.
