Problem

The cause and effect of the article explains the people of Serbia along with other European nations are facing life challenges due to war and loss of wages which resulted in financial hardship. These people can no longer meet the needs of household responsibilities which causes them to sell their organs on websites through advertisements. The writer has used the cause and effect relationship by proper logical reasoning by explaining that due to loss of wages and a worldwide organ shortage, the selling of organs via the internet and black market has become the answer or way out of debt. The black market selling came into effect because of greedy and devious people wanting to make a profit off the poor and misfortunate community of people who were desperate to make money to support the household. Organ selling has joined the marketplace along with breastmilk, hair, and sperm which can be found on websites. Organ trafficking is on the rise because people are using the black market to make quick cash. The article is persuasive because it explains that due to loss of employment/income and poverty selling their organs is the best result for financial gain.

In my essay, I wrote about how human dignity and financial and medical burdens are the leading cause of organ sales and trafficking. The effects of this are kidnapping, human trafficking, mistreatment of the poor, and health issues.
