Question: When employees are motivated at the workplace, they are less disgruntled and there are usually less conflicts. When conflicts arise, they are more easily resolved. Borkowski (2016) discusses job satisfiers and job dissastifiers. These feelings about one's job can be explained under the Herzberg's Two Factor theory which explains that individuals want to avoid unpleasantness in their jobs and increase their personal growth.
