The volume of a cone is given by

V=π/3 x r2 x h

where the radius of the base r and height h are both functions of time. Suppose when r = 5m,h = 10m and the height is decreasing by 5 m/s, you are told that the volume is increasing by 8π m3/s. How fast is the radius of the base changing?
