Try to ensure you can link the papers together into a 'story' rather than a series of papers that 'stand-alone' Strengths and weaknesses relate to each of the papers rather than the style of leadership you have chosen Weaknesses are generally different to limitations - look for ideas such as the size of the sample, is it clearly written and easy to understand, does it have a reasonable sized citation list Limitations are usually covered at the end of the paper by the authors, though they may also have some link to the weaknesses Significance is how important the paper actually is, how influential and what it says.

Hi ,i am attaching an article from which you have to write an annotated bibliography.only use business management language.I am also attaching the additional files needed. Reference list should be APA 6th which includes the paper 'DOI' if there is one. (DOI is recent digital stamp so not all papers will have one) This is for both the first entry on each annotation, and the bibliography list at the end. Additional references in-text to highlight or reinforce an important point. If you can justify this, include them though it is not essential.
