Think of a situation where you have worked in a team (virtual or co-located).

Discuss what went well, and what went less well. How does theory related to team-based work engage with this?

You need to ensure that you consider the theoretical implications of working in teams - i.e. why do teams, i.e., why do teams usually work more effectively than individuals? Given that virtual teams are very common these days, you may want to discuss how aspects of virtual teams and co-located teams differ.

Also, as discussants, you should be contributing your opinions as to how problematical issues in the examples of other team members could have been resolved, and entering into constructive discussion of issues that you feel positively or negatively affected team performance.
