How does this story relate to governance at Tesla?

1. Tesla is accused of allowing pervasive harassment and discrimination. They also. mention also that only black workers are being assigned to wipe floors and denied promotions. Tesla defends itself by mentioning the company has done a lot overall for sustainability. The audio explains how Tesla has been sued many times for racism by giving different instances such as the harassing supervisor and in the end, the company doesn't protect people. These lawsuits basically bring out all hidden information such as this Tesla's arbitrations and more. There shouldn't be such discrimination and racism not solely in Tesla, but everywhere.

2. This story relates to governance at Tesla because it demonstrates the lack of governance built into tesla. The case brought against tesla was from the state and the response back lacks consideration that seems would come from a board of directors or HR. Tesla is also greatly against implementing any change to fix their behavior. This reflects badly on the governance of tesla as it shows that they do not think there will be consequences due to their supposed help with sustainability.
