68 year old male with recent history of urethral stenting. Had catheter place and had subsequent bleeding. Catheter has become clogged off multiple times and CT shows a large clot within the urinary bladder. Preoperative antibiotics were administered. Patient is prepped and general anesthesia was given. His urethra was intubated with a resectoscope sheath. he has a normal urethra extremely large prostate gland. Bladder is full of clots. These were evacuated. Approximately 250 ml of thick dark. Was evacuated slot is cleared normal bladder with no evidence of any tumors. Prostate was extremely large and there was some bleeding from the surface. A large Coude tip 24 French hematuria catheter was in place for continuous irrigation and there was a light pink result what is the CPT code for this.
