Question: How to respond to the DQ answer.Answer has to be 250 words. Provide citation

An innovation catalyst's job is to drive human-centered design and futurist thinking throughout an organization. This is why they're called catalysts. Instead of being responsible for generating new ideas and stewarding innovation on their own, they see it as a facilitative role where they're helping everyone at an organization meet this goal (Hoehn, 2019). There are several catalysts that can affect innovation, one of the most important in my opinion is competition. It has the ability to bring out the best in all of us and assists in the evolution of the organization. Another great catalyst, and something that goes hand in hand with leadership, is coaching. Coaching can turn those in your organization into the future creators or innovators to take the company to the next level. The last catalyst I'll discuss is the one that would affect my organization the most, and that is presentation to experimentation. Being in the aerospace industry where technology changes from one day to the next, having the ability and freedom to experiment has become almost necessity for us.
