1.Identify at least four of the key decisions made during the  pre-initiating and initiating processes. Do you think all necessary  decisions can be made during this process? Why or why not?
2.Give your opinion after reviewing the scope planning and WBS  documents prepared by the Just-In-Time Training project team. Do these  examples seem too broad or too detailed in certain areas? Would you have  developed the documents differently?
3.Stakeholders, as the name implies, have a stake in the project.  Their interest might be large or small compared to other stakeholders.  Often, their requirements are at odds with other stakeholders and the  scope of the project. Discuss several strategies you believe would meet  all stakeholder requirements.
4.Project managers, when engaging stakeholders, use techniques  mentioned in this module. Are some of these techniques better that  others or do all work equally well? Choose one of these techniques and  discuss its pros and cons if you would or would not use it.
5.When considering the three main objectives of integrated change  control, would you apply these objectives to both large/complex and  small/simple projects? Why or why not?
6.The Project Management Institute states that all projects  should be formally closed when following the PMBOK® guide, although  experienced project managers often disagree. Identify a possible  exception using an example and explain why there should or should not be  exceptions to a formal close.
7.Explain what a best practice is in general terms and give  examples of best practices in an area unrelated to project management,  such as aviation or safety.
