Because of the westward spread of the city, it is hypothesized that the current mean commuting distance exceeds 15 miles. A traffic engineer wishes to test the hypothesis that the mean commuting distance for workers in this city is greater than 15 miles. Give the null and alternative hypothesis for this scenario.
