Her physician has prescribed transvaginal UTZ in her first trimester transvaginal ultrasonography. Dra. Gamutan, her doctor made rounds and orders IVF D5NSS 1L at 25 gtts/minute, and IVF to follow D5LR 1L at 20 gtts/min, monitor vital signs every 4 hours, on soft diet and Paracetamol 500 mg 1 tab TID on Nov 9, 2021 at 9:15am. Call me if my patient's vital signs are unstable. For cbc, urinalysis, fbs and C&S.
