You are supposed to be an independent training consultant and the organization (XYZ- Chose your own organization) has contacted you to help them find out the performance gaps and help them identify, design and provide most effective trainings to fill in the identified gaps. You are required to respond to the following questions:

1. Conduct their environmental scan/SWOT

2. Examine their strategic model of training and development

3. State if they follow ISD Model of training and development, if yes to what extent? and if not what would be your suggestions/reasoning with regard to the implementation of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Model.
