Assignment:

You oversee the social media accounts of a holiday resort chain. The newest resort has generated a lot of word of mouth on social media, including negative, so much so that the CEO is considering deleting all their social media accounts. To keep your job, you need to write a detailed report explaining the value of word of mouth in social media as well as strategies totackle negative word of mouth and encourage positive one. State your assumptions about the target customers that the resort services.

  • Explain in detailed manner.
  • Explain why and justify your answer.
  • Try to consider both the advantage and disadvantages/ the opportunities and threats/ the good and the bad.
