The purpose of this discussion is to help you begin developing your introduction for Paper 2 by choosing a topic, clearly stating your stance, and identifying the reasons behind your argument. This will also give you practice in considering opposing viewpoints and using credible sources to support counterarguments.

Review the Paper 2 Argument Instructions and Guidelines file and choose a topic. Number each of your responses below.
In the textbox, state your topic (Ex. Regulations for Social Media)
State the specific position or stance you have chosen for your topic (ex., More stringent policies should be passed for user-age verification and appropriate use on social media platforms.)
