Question: Although there are many instances of what is considered to be ethical violations, one that sticks out the most to me would be discrimination. This specific example of a violation includes all types of discrimination including one being discriminated against due to race, social class, religion, etc.

Explain why you feel this is an ethical violation and what you would do to ensure that it didn't happen again?

Not only is any type of discrimination unacceptable, but it can also call for legal action to take place. If anyone feels they have been discriminated against they can take a course of action with the company they work for assuming the appropriate course of action is taken by the superior, can avoid possible legal action and help protect the reputation of the business. So many people have opinions about what should be done and how to go about doing it that sometimes the goals and mission of the company can be put on hold due to any issues with ethical violations. I think a violation like this can be avoided if everyone is treated the same, and there is a clear line of communication between employers and employees.

what is a good response to the above?
