For the organisation you have selected, you need to conduct research to fully understand the staffing needs of the business, before commencing the recruitment process. Discuss the steps you followed to plan for and coordinate the recruitment of two candidates in line with organisational policies, procedures and legislation.

Task 2 - Screen and interview at least two candidates according to legislative requirements.

Now that you have advertised the positions, explain the process followed to screen and interview the shortlisted candidates, ensuring that you refer to legislative requirements.

Task 3 - Assess and select candidates according to organisational policy and legislative requirements on at least two occasions.

Once you have interviewed the list of shortlisted candidates, discuss what was considered when selecting the most suitable candidate for each of the two positions you are recruiting for.
