CASE Grayson, Lawson and Burke a well-established investment firm for over 25 years has held a yearly luncheon to network with entrepreneur's starting new and upcoming businesses. In 2018 they decided to expand their luncheon to include new business ventures that will require funding assistance. While speaking to one of your clients, he asked you if you would be interested in attending a luncheon for new business ventures. He added your name to the guest list in order for you to receive and invite on Friday September 23rd. At the luncheon the guest speaker Graham Lister provides the audience with information on their new business expansion; they are looking to invest in companies for a small share of ownership. This information is valid to you as you would like to expand your company Decree Cosmetics which has grown in the past four years in the Montreal area. Your products are well known locally however you would like to expand in other parts of the country; by having an investor this would allow you to move ahead with the expansion. He has indicated he is looking for entrepreneurs who know their industry and market well, and are passionate and committed to growing their business with a solid business plan.
