Evaluation of the Project

A. Evaluate the effectiveness of your goal and project outcome by doing the following:

1. Compare the results of two key performance indicators (KPIs) to the SMART+C goal and outcome statement you developed in Appendix D to determine the success of the project.

2. Explain how you implemented your project efficiently and effectively by providing an example of each of the following components:

• a method used for efficiency in the project implementation

• a result demonstrating the effectiveness of your project implementation

3. Compare the projected timeline to the actual implementation and determine if the project stayed on schedule. Explain the methods used to keep the project on schedule and the factors that caused delays.

4. Compare the projected budget to the actual implementation costs and determine if the project stayed on budget. Explain the methods for cost containment and any cause of variance between the projected budget and the actual costs.
