Vision To start my own construction company in Canada and short housing problem in Canada. Goal Within the next three years, I will establish a construction company in Canada specializing in affordable housing projects, aiming to construct a minimum of 50 new homes per year, and actively contributing to addressing the short housing supply issues in Canada. Objective 1 Create an objective that supports your goal. Objectives are typically shorter term. Identify something you can realistically accomplish in the next 3 to 12 months.
