Self-reflection is a part of success in both your personal and professional life. Many people don't stop to think and analyze their own skill set. It's important to recognize that understanding your own expertise and limitations is extremely valuable information to have.

For this week's assignment, you will be completing the self-evaluation portion of a 360 degree appraisal. The assignment can be written for your current job or for your time at school. This exercise will allow you to take stock of what you do well, what you have to work on, and what needs to be accomplished in order to reach your goals. To make this easier, a template to fill out has been provided below. This is a difficult assignment to just jump in to.
