Aurora Hospital is an acute care site located in Happiness, Ontario. The Hospital has been experiencing recruitment and retention issues, because they are competing with another area Hospital for candidates. The Chief Human Resources Officer ('CHRO') is confident that with increased engagement, employees will be motivated and happier in their roles - therefore leading to a decrease in turnover. The CHRO also believes that the culture and work environment at Aurora Hospital is average but it could be better.
Feedback from the most recent Work Life Pulse Survey indicates the following:
