Mehmet Yusel is a 71-year-old client with Parkinson's. His condition affects his fine motor skills and experiences significant hand tremors and has poor balance. He needs setting up, some physical assistance and verbal prompts from PCW to complete his ADL's. He declines to have care delivered by female staff and requests only male PCW's attend his ADL's.
