As the WHS Advisor to your organisation, you are required to monitor, evaluate and amend the WHSMS implementation plan.

Assessment instructions

Monitoring:

You must establish how well the implementation plan has progressed by consulting with workers to establish their level of awareness of the plan.

Design a worker survey to determine their level of awareness of the changes to their systems of work and policies and procedures relevant to their role. Your survey must have a minimum of 5 questions.
Distribute the survey to at least two workers to complete. Collate and summarise the feedback.
Design a workplace observation checklist that can be used to observe and determine the level of worker compliance in following organisational policies and procedures[A1] .
Observe and record observations for at least two workers. Collate and summarise the observations.
