Presentation Title: 'Evaluate the pros & cons of the Service Culture of any service company'

1. You may choose any company in any service sector (hospitality, travel, retail, health, finance, telecommunications etc.)

2. You may NOT choose any of the following companies, which have been used extensively in lectures & tutorials: Zappos, Virgin Atlantic, Atlassian, Maple Event Group, Four Seasons Hotels.

3. You must include a company 'Fact Sheet' slide, similar to ones used in the lecture.

4. Students can choose whatever PowerPoint template they want, and should include visuals to bring their presentation to life.

5. Recorded commentary must not go over 5 mins, and students should pay special attention to pacing the information on the slide to the verbal commentary (i.e. use bullet point actions to bring up your points one by one). It is estimated that a 5 mins presentation would be about 5-7 slides.

6. Last slide must be your reference list, which does not need to be included in the commentary.

Instructions to create a movie file using PowerPoint

1. Create your PowerPoint presentation as normal.

a. It is recommended you include images and references to support discussion and display research.

2. Go to the "SlideShow" tab at the top and select "Record Slide Show"

a. This will record any animation you have included and your narration (voice over) on the slide show. See image below.

b. Ensure you have ticked the "Play Narration" and "Use Timings" boxes

3. Save it as movie file.

4. Watch the movie file to test the narration and animation has worked.

5. Once you are happy with your video, submit this.
