Question: Evaluate plan and review individual PerformanceAfter three months on to the job, HR have planned to conduct a 3-month probation period review with Kay.
During the review interview with Kay, HR have observed that Kay struggles to control her emotions as she is not getting enough support from her team due staff shortage or gap in the trainings.
