Here is the situation" Eric has a barbershop in the skyline shopping center. He is very frustrated because his clients can't find a space to park, especially on week-ends. He believes that the majority of people who park there are not clients. They just take advantage of the parking space (they leave their cars parked the whole day), which makes it very hard for other people(actual patrons) to find a parking space. Eric is afraid to lose his clients because of the parking situation. So he decided to write a formal complaint letter to the landlord explaining to her the situation. Also, he is suggesting the use of parking meters, assignment of 2 hours limit for every parking space, or the use a towing company to check periodically on cars that are in violation.
