For this question, I am trying to determine if I should use a chi^2 test, fishers exact test, or McNemar's test. I think I have to use Chi squared, however it seeems as if is done with matched pairs. In that case, I have to do McNemar's, however I am unsure of which one.

In the article "Eradication of Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth Reduces Symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome" (by Pimentel, Chow, Lin, American Journal of Gastroenterology, Vol. 95, No. 12), the authors include a discussion of whether antibiotic treatment of bacteria overgrowth reduces intestinal complaints. Participants were asked to report abdominal pain before antibiotic treatment and again after antibiotic treatment. A summary of the responses is presented below. Test the null hypothesis that there is no association between antibiotic treatment of antibacterial overgrowth and abdominal pain.
