Eliminate grammatical errors.

From my reading of this class. I have discovered that I need to practice my ability to sense when others are confused or uncomfortable in a relationship and focuses on the message then the way the way the message is received. I also feel like that I should work more on my ability to express myself better in a difficult conversation. Stewart (2014) describes few ways someone can express themselves and one of them is to express myself in difficult conversation.

It happens to many times that I am trying to share my feelings and afraid that I am going to hurt the listener. Let's assume, that I am talking to someone at work who refuse to do their assignments and let me do most of the work. I sometime have the difficulty to share my thoughts of this situation. The "Share where your conclusions Come from" explained that when trying to express feelings in a difficult conversation. The individual is to give opinions with an explanation.
