Assignment - Action Learning Project - Identify Potential Projects
A list and short description of one or more potential projects. They can be
1) A special project at work. Is there a project that has been on the back burner? Do you have an idea that you can propose to your boss?
2) A business plan for a small business. Are you or someone you know planning to start a small business? If so, you can write a business plan. Do you or someone you know have a small business already running that doesn't have a business plan or needs their business plan revised? If, so you can write or or revise their plan. This project can be alone or in 2 or 3 student teams.
3) Solve a business problem. Do you or someone that you know have a small business with a specific problem or opportunity that needs to be addressed? Expansion plans, entering a new market, establishing various policies, operations issues, training and so on? If so, you can address their problem or opportunity. This project can be alone or in 2 or 3 student teams.
